Fractional CFO NowHow to read this site

The type is meant to stay readable when the light is ordinary and the screen is small.

What we built for

Pages use type at 18 pixels or larger, a line height that leaves room between lines, and a column narrow enough to read without tracking across a wide screen. The ground is white. The ink is a deep violet. Buttons and the brand line use a darker violet with white type so the contrast stays strong in daylight.

A skip link is the first stop on every page. It moves to the main column. The menu on a phone is a single row that opens in place and pushes the headline down, so an open menu does not cover the words underneath it. On a wider screen the same links sit in a row you can tab through.

Pictures have a written alternative. Form fields have labels a screen reader can find. The chat chip sits up from the corner so it does not cover a field, a button, or a menu link when the page is at rest. Focus is a visible ring, not a faint glow.

Motion and the calendar

The home reel can snap gently on a phone. It is proximity, not a lock. The two home clips play muted and loop. If your system asks for less motion, those clips stay on a still frame and the snap is turned off. Nothing counts down.

The calendar on the booking page does not load until you tap the button above it. That keeps the page from jumping when the calendar wakes up. If scripts are off, the link under the button brings you back to this site's booking page, where the phone number is the other way through.

We do not publish a street address. If a map would help you and also expose a home or a private office, we leave the map off. The phone number is the route we offer instead.

If something blocks you

Call +1 844-324-7273 and say which page and what got in the way. A missing label, a contrast miss, a control you cannot reach, or a sentence that does not read aloud cleanly is a correction we want. We will change the page rather than hand you a workaround and leave the barrier up.

The same number reaches the practice named in the footer. You do not need an engagement to report a barrier. A short description is enough. If you would rather have the page read to you by a person before you book, say that on the call and we will walk the first screen with you.
